On Feb 21st, I was lucky enough to enjoy a night out at a favourite Christchurch restaurant. The next day at 12.51pm the Feb 22nd earthquake hit Christchurch. I was staying in Cashel Mall - and was lucky to escape with my life. Its the strength and resilence of the people of Christchurch that continues to inspire me. I decided to use an image I had taken that night, and make this beautiful print the central focus of my W12 collection - as a tribute to this incredible city of its people as they rebuild their shattered buildings and their shattered lives.And I want to give back - Catalyst will make a donation to the Red Cross Earthquake Appeal with every garment sold in this very special print.
